Privacy Policy:
The personal profile information that you submit to us remains your property, but by submitting that information to us you grant us the right to use that
information for internal marketing to yourself. We do not sell our customer
list. In addition, we reserve the right to release current or past customer
information in the event we believe that your account is being or has been used
in violation of the Terms of Service or to commit unlawful acts, if the
information is subpoenaed, or when we deem it necessary or appropriate. By
agreeing to the conditions of these Terms of Service, you hereby consent to
disclosure of any record or communication to any third party when we, at our
sole discretion, determine the disclosure to be appropriate.
Payment Policy:
Net due upon receipt. Interest of 1.5 % per month will be charged on overdue accounts. Accounts are not overdue within the first 30 days of the invoice date.
Terms of use:
Fawcett Printing Ltd. will in no way be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the services supplied, nor for incidental or consequential damages. The property of the goods invoiced shall not pass to the purchaser until payment has been made in full to Fawcett Printng Ltd. Fawcett Printing Ltd. is not responsible for stock, film, artwork or any materials left in our possession after 7 days from the completion of the job. Claims must be made within ten days of the date of invoice.
